Q: What is involved in each  workout?
A: Each workout begins with active warm-ups designed to prepare the body for the intense training & help to prevent injuries. Athletes are then put through a wide variety of exercises using movements that mimic the same movements performed in sports. Each workout includes drills that focus on improving starting speed, sprinting speed, agility, quickness, power & flexibility. Many different tools are used including med balls, ladders, running chutes, etc.

Q: Is the camp only beneficial for certain sports?
A: Athletes from all sports will benefit from the training. To excel in any sport the athlete needs to develop speed, core & rotational strength, explosive power and the ability to change direction quickly. These are all areas where the athlete will improve in with the training.

Q: Do I need to be in top condition before enrolling in the a camp?
A: Athletes of all abilities may successfully participate in the camp. All drills & exercises that we do have beginner, intermediate & advanced variations. Whether you are just beginning a sport and want to be better prepared before the season begins or you are an all-american athlete wanting to shed a few seconds off your 40 yard sprint, every athlete will benefit from the camp.

Q: How will I know if I make any improvements during the camp?
A: All athletes are tested every 3 months in areas measuring speed, vertical jump, agility, flexibility and endurance. Each athlete is provided with a printout showing all improvements on charts.

Q: Who are the trainers that run the camp?
A: The Camp is instructed by highly qualified personal trainers from Eckert Fitness Group, LLC. The trainers hold certifications through various organizations including the National Strength & Conditioning Association, American Council on Exercise, and the American College of Sports Medicine. They have helped many athletes at the middle school, high school & college level achieve a high level of success in their chosen sport.

Q: How many participants are allowed into each camp?
A: To ensure that each athlete receives personal attention and professional instruction, there will be no more 10 athletes to every 1 trainer.

Q: What will I receive after enrolling in the Camp?
A: In addition to the advanced training techniques learned throughout the camp, all athletes will receive the following:   
    Camp T-Shirt
    Weekly Educational Handouts
    Printout of Camp Improvements

Q: How much does it cost to enroll in the Camp?
A: Meeting with a trainer for 1-on-1 sessions would normally run between $400 - $800 a month.

Due to the group nature of the camp, athletes are able to enroll for a HUGE SAVINGS compared to the 1-on-1 session price.

The investment  is only $99 a month and there are never any contracts
